Application: 3-Amino-5-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-4-cyano-1H-pyrazole is an intermediate used in the synthesis of ibrutinib, which is a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CChemicalbookLL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Ibrutinib can target BTK necessary for the formation, differentiation, information transmission and survival of B lymphocytes, irreversibly inhibit the activity of BTK, and effectively inhibit the proliferation and survival of tumor cells
